Set in the heart of Exmoor National Park in front of the 13th Century harbour at Porlock Weir, Somerset. The Cafe, formerly known as ‘Andrews on the Weir’, was relaunch in Summer of 2011 for those who want to enjoy the countryside retreat by the sea but weren’t prepared to compromise on high standards in accommodation and food.
The Cafe Porlock Weir offers a choice of 5 bedrooms with views across Porlock Bay, Dining room, Sitting room with log fire and a bar. Chef Andrew Dixon is passionate about food and aims to delivery the highest standards found anywhere on Exmoor. Andrew worked for many years in and London and Jersey in Michelin Restaurants.

We offer the perfect destination for a few days away by the sea where you can enjoy the sea air and eat fantastic food. It is just over a three hour drive from London or 2 hours from Bristol.
The Cafe Porlock Weir will be opening 7 days a week as from July 2011 (winter times may vary). The feel to the Restaurant is changing to encourage walk in customers who come to visit this charming area on Exmoor. The Cafe Deli Catering offers wonderful home made cakes with tea and coffees and you can sit and view the harbour from our terraces. The Cafe Porlock Weir offers first class cuisine for those who want to enjoy some of Andrews cooking.
WE WILL BE SERVING FOOD ALL DAY; BREAKFAST, TEA/COFFEE, LIGHT LUNCHES, SNACKS, AFTERNOON TEA AND EARLY SUPPER.
